Create Purpose statement for Outreach and Hospitality

Welcome Registers:

Suggestions for revision of form.  Data entry and evaluation of that info.    During worship, we provide an opportunity for everyone to indicate their presence with us by signing our welcome registers. Record weekly within 24 hours of service

Welcome Brochure:

Design, Updating, Proofing, Printing and Dissemination We maintain and update these leaflets so that visitors to our worship can get of sense of who we are at Feast and the Christ-centered atmosphere we offer.  Review and updated after the elections in January and Core Teams have been selected.

New Member Handbook:

Design, Updating, Proofing, Printing and Dissemination A more detailed look at Feast of Victory and the opportunities we offer to grow in discipleship.  Review annually for changes.

Homefront Ministry:

Members serving other members during a time of crisis with meals, errands, chores around the house, transportation, etc.  As needed or requested.

Websites:

This team will review, maintain and update our Feast of Victory websites –Update the new sermons each week and update the ministry schedule when schedule comes out.

Facebook:

Administrator/Overseer Maintaining our Facebook page – Feast of Victory Lutheran Church, a page designed to provide information to the public.  As needed.

Worship Podcast:

Set up equipment, train techies, and schedule people to man the equipment.  Weekly.

Publicity:

Look for opportunities to advertise Feast of Victory and to design and place paper and/or electronic promotional pieces. This would be done in coordination with the Worship and Music Core Team two month in advance of ad placement.

 Card Writers:

Write letters, cards of encouragement to those who are missing, ill or visitors.  At the direction of Core Team Leader.

Directory:

Work with Church Secretary to maintain the data in Servant Keeper.  Publish directory as needed. 

Time and Talent Sheet:

Follow up on Time and Talent Sheet with phone calls, letters and necessary training. 

Meetings:

Core Team leaders attend monthly Core Team or Joint Council/Core Team meeting.  No meeting in July or December.  Hold meetings for those interested in O/H ministry.

 Budget and Report:

Annual Budget Submitted in October and Annual report in December.
